Accommodation Fee — RM250
Applies when the event location is more than 100km from our base. This covers overnight accommodation for the team, so they arrive fresh and on time for your event.

Extend serving time beyond the standard 1 hour setup + 3 hours serving.
For venues without electricity access — beach, campsite, riverside, recreational park, or other outdoor nature locations. We bring our own portable power station to run the coffee machine and equipment.
For venues that require booth setup a day before the event date, such as expos or corporate events. We send the team a day early solely for setup.
We handle all waste collection and booth area cleanup, and take everything back with us.
